Seymour Domains LLC will make every effort to notify you of upcoming domain expiration and we’ll never gauge you with unexpected renewal fee’s.
You’ll receive an email for all the domain expiring on a given date and we’ll send the expiration notification email at least 30 days in advance.
Should your domain(s) expire we will send you another email the day after alerting you to this fact and follow that with one final expiration alert 5 days after expiration.
If you have opted to auto-renew your domain(s) we’ll email you 30 days prior to the auto-renewal date as a ‘heads up’ as well as to alert you to any potential issues which may prevent your auto-renewal from succeeding (such as an expired payment method or domain status which may prevent renewal).
If your domain does expire (either because it was not set to auto-renew or was not renewed manually before expiration) you will have up to 5 days to contact Seymour Domains to recover your expired domain name during the Redemption Grace Period. On or after day 6 following the domain expiration the domain will be deleted from our systems and may become available for registration by other parties.
We will also email you annually to confirm your domain contacts are still current.
